We offer you a choice of HomeBuyer Survey reports that mirror the RICS Home Surveys suite, designed to meet your requirements and budget.
Each report is thorough and detailed – generally suitable for most property types.
Homebuyers Survey 2 is our standard entry level report and includes a valuation.
HomeBuyers Survey 3 is far more detailed, includes extra checks, investigation & advice; analysis of defects & repairs along with energy efficiency advice and our interactive key property data report. All reports include extensive photos and market valuation advice.
All reports are completed to RICS Home Survey Standards & Regulation.

RICS – Level 2

HomeBuyers Survey 2 is a concise, descriptive report suitable for most homes – generally those built after 1960
The report colour codes the condition of property and shows defects which need attention. A valuation is included but the analysis, advice and key property information is less detailed.
RICS – Level 3

HomeBuyers Survey 3 is a comprehensive, tailored report with interactive enviro & key property data report. Includes market valuation advice and a detailed condition survey and analysis of visual and potential problems. Suitable for all property types but essential for large, older or unique properties.

Independent property valuation by RICS registered valuers
Can be used for various purposes; Help to Buy, Probate, Matrimonial, Taxation
A valuation, independent of your lender, which could aid negotiation. Report includes
